The book of Daniel is the book of signs, wonders and visions. All of the prophecies are remarkably detailed and are fulfilled in history, except the Second Coming of Christ in glory and the Resurrection of the dead.
The theme of the book tells us that God is sovereign and reigns over all history. The kingdoms of men may come and go, but the kingdom of God in Christ stands forever “The Most High God Rules in the kingdoms of men”.
